As the HR leader for the Canadian market, the Director will lead a team of HR professionals and be responsible for all aspects of HR (i.e. strategic workforce planning, people strategy, success planning, recruitment and retention, employee relations, training and development, total rewards, and more). The successful candidate must have: Bachelors Degree in HR (or relevant field), 10 years of progressive HR experience, 3+ years of people leadership experience, excellent knowledge of Canadian Labour Law, experience with Total Rewards, strong technical skills, and more.

Toronto, Ontario (Remote)
We are recruiting for a Compensation Analyst (6 month contract) to support a special compensation study project with a client in Toronto. This is a fully remote role, with the opportunity to work part-time if needed. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and making recommendations on the organizations Total Rewards philosophy and delivering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. This position will also support the development, delivery, and communication of the Compensation Program. Qualifications required include: a Degree or Diploma in Business, HR, or related program, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation (preferred), 4 - 6 years of related experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR, Project Management.
Director, Supply Chain, Network Development & Continuous Improvement
We are recruiting for a Director, Supply Chain & Continuous Improvement with a global leader in the food/consumer packaged goods industry. Reporting to the SVP, Supply Chain, the Director will be responsible for leading a team, and identifying and managing special projects (some large-scale). This role will also lead the deployment and implementation of infrastructure, systems, and process improvement projects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Science, Engineering or Business Degree (complete), 10+ years of experience in Project Management within Supply Chain or Operations, has worked in both Industry and Supply Chain Consulting, and has proven success leading teams and large scale Supply Chain/Process Improvement/Network Planning/CAPEX projects. Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience strongly preferred.

We are recruiting for a Director of Brand Marketing to join our client in the consumer packaged goods industry! Sitting on the extended leadership team, coaching and leading a team of Brand Managers and Senior Brand Managers, the Director will own and be accountable for a portfolio of brands. Responsibilities will focus on Yearly Planning, P&L Management, Strategic Planning, and more. Qualifications required include: 10+ years of related experience in the consumer packaged goods (specifically food) industry, Bachelors Degree (complete), MBA (considered an asset), proven success leading high-performing, collaborative teams, P&L management experience, strong strategic and analytical capabilities, and more.
